Are you a newly qualified hairdresser (or close to it) who lights up when you see curls walk
through the door? Do you love learning, experimenting, and building real connections with clients? If you’re ready to grow into a confident curl specialist with the support of an
experienced, heart-led team — this could be your place.
What We’re Looking For
An emerging stylist who is:
- Passionate about curls, texture, and natural hair
- Eager to learn specialised cutting and styling techniques
- Warm, grounded, and great with people
- Open to feedback, growth, and hands-on training
- Reliable, professional, and aligned with a positive team culture
You don’t need curl expertise yet — just genuine interest and the right attitude.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll receive ongoing training in:
- Dry curl cutting
- Curl-by-curl shaping
- Hydration and styling techniques
- Client education and curl coaching
- Product knowledge and ingredient awareness
- Salon systems, communication, and client care
